About Me

Hi ! I'm Chelsea the maker behind Koozles Candle Co. I have always been a supporter of the craft beer community. My husband and I have been brewing our own beer as a hobby for several years now. I really enjoy learning the science behind the brewing process. When I wanted a hobby of my own I started learning to make candles but I wanted to put them in a vessel that was unique to me. Since craft beer is another interest of mine I decided to combine my two favorite hobbies and started putting my candles in recycled craft beer cans. The can art on the craft beer cans are so creative and fun it makes it hard to throw them away. Now they can be enjoyed for longer than it takes to enjoy the beverage.

I work full time as a Registered Nurse. Candle making has been a way for me to relax and channel my creativity. As a healthcare worker I wanted to make candles that are natural, safe, and non-toxic. I use 100% soy wax and fragrance oils that are free from harmful chemicals.

I'm so thankful to have this business as a way to share my love of craft beer and candles with others.
